	Coating Free \| Scratch Resistance Paintless Rims come out of the molds as a finished product. Traditionally, rims are wet-sanded to remove imperfections like excess resin and then sprayed with a clear coat. Paintless rims come with a factory finish and the outer carbon layer is never disturbed after the curing cycle is completed which contributes to the hardest wearing and finish we have ever produced.
	Tubeless Compatible Technology The unique geometry of our Tubeless System ensures easy mounting, direct inflation, long-lasting pressure and compatibility with all (tubeless) tires.

Areas Not Covered by Warranty

Improper assembly or maintenance.
Installation of parts, accessories, or tires not originally intended for or compatible with the rims/wheels.
Vulnerable parts such as bearings, valves, quick releases, thru axles, and brake pads.
Damage or failures due to a crash, accidental damage, product misuse, heat damage, non-compliance with manufacturer specifications, or other external factors.
Exceeding the wheel’s weight limit or tire pressure, and riding in unsuitable terrain or conditions.

Within 60 days of product receipt, 8LIEN covers shipping costs for manufacturing defects. After this period, the customer assumes shipping costs and possible customs duties. In the unfortunate event that your carbon wheels are damaged due to a crash, we offer discount on all replacement parts. Please note:

The shipping fee and possible customs duties under the Crash Replacement Policy is borne by the customer.
This policy only covers structural damage that affects the safety of the product. It does not cover cosmetic damage.

I was called the same day I placed my order just to confirm that I ordered the correct wheels axle sizw because they show that they're not really the recommended size for my frame specification. The sales agent was great as well. Very knowledgeable and thorough before pushing the order through. I will definitely continue to use 8lien Wheels for my future wheel purchases. 100% satisfied. Overall I had a great experience. I wanted the wheels without decals and customer service was able to accomodate this request without any issues. There was a shipping delay because of this which was communicated to me upfront and I had no problem with this. The wheels arrived and were well packaged. I set them up tubeless and the process was really smooth, especially given this was my first time. The wheels look really cool and sound great while riding. The only negative was that when arrived the package wased roughly treated while shipping, but the wheels inside are in gread conditon. Apart from this, no issues and will be interested to see how the wheels go in the long run.
