What if my parcel has arrived but is damaged?

We will carefully package and protect your purchase to ensure the rims/wheels arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged due to mishandling during shipping, please keep all packaging and documentation related to your order and contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue ASAP.

How do l cancel my order?

Cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Non-Custom Products: Non-custom products can be canceled at any time before they are shipped.

How do I know when my order ships?

1. You can find the tracking number for your parcel in your order details. Use this number to check the shipping status on the corresponding logistics company's website.

2. We will also email you tracking number details once it shipped.

There is no status update for some days, is it normal?

Logistics updates may sometimes be delayed. Please wait patiently for 2-3 days. If there is still no update after this period, you can contact us at info@8lienbike.com with your order number.

What shipping method does 8LIEN use?

We offer free shipping on all wheelset orders to over 70 countries from our website. Various delivery options are available, with shipping times varying based on the chosen method:

EMS/DPD: 7-20 days
FedEx/DHL/UPS: 5-10 days

How long will it take for my wheels to be sent afterpayment?

Your order will be processed within 2 business days and shipped on a business day (Mon-Fri), except during holidays. If the items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 3 business days. Typically, we have some wheels in stock. If not, we will manufacture new wheelsets and send them out for delivery within 10-25 business days.

Can I get custom wheels?

Yes, we offer custom decal or decal with our wheels on our website! If you would like to custom decal your 8LIEN wheels, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you. For additional custom wheel requirements, please reach out to us at info@8lienbike.com.

Does your wheels provide a warranty?

All wheels ordered from 8LIEN include a 3-year warranty. Additionally, we also offer life time crash replacement. For more details please check Crash Replacement Policy.

Do you sell single wheels? I only need a front or rear wheel.

Yes, we do! You can contact us at info@8lienbike.com with the wheel specifications you need, and we will arrange the order for you.

Where are your products shipped from?

All are shipped from China.
