We offer free shipping to 70 countries on all wheelset orders on our website. We ship to EU countries using DPD logistics. So customers do not need to pay customs duties if using  this shipping method.

Due to the high courier costs of shipping to specific remote destinations, we are unable to provide free shipping in the following countries. Additional charges will apply:

Turkey, Israel, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Qatar. If your shipping address is in one of these countries, please contact us at service@8lienbike.com for further information.

We offer several deliver options. Shipping time will vary depending on the delivery method used: (EMS/DPD: 15-30 days, FedEx/DHL/UPS: 5-10 days). Further delays may occur due to customs clearance at the destination country.
